Hello Gert, a very interesting read, you have such clear memories of your trips.
The makeshift corrugated iron roofs to the market stalls provide a line that keeps my eyes concentrating upon all the people and their activities.
A woman carrying a great tray of something on her head; a mother bending over so that the baby on her back is horizontal!
The women wearing such colourful clothes also catch the eyes.
Your two w/s pictures are very informative. I am surprised by the portraits on the wall of the college. The picture from the museum is quite shocking.
Thanks for sharing, kind regards, Jean.

yes, in those days communist government decided to kill religious people and destroy the buildings they used and rob the money of the church, most of the churches we see has a history of abandon, damages and transformation, many other were demolished and lost forever. --that moment was so grey and the church was so white and I decided B&W was a good option. 26 infected people here yesterday, one of the guy who works with me is closed with his family at home, being investigated... take care jorge |

It is very frightening, Jorge.
I hope you and your family are able to keep safe. Out area is in lockdown, at the moment. It is not really in our village but there is a spike in a town about five miles away! My warm regards, Bev ![]() |
