Thank you for the comment, but this is a really poor picture, although I really like his dynamic.
I do not want to sound rude, but I see from your photos (where you were and the topics you're dealing with) - it's time for the (D)SLR. For time control and shutter and creative shooting. I recommend buying used, with a good lens. Personally I don't move without a tripod, so I'm not worried about ISO, so I like cameras with CCD sensor (with reach colors). On eBay you can buy small one, and very cheap (50-200 €) in very good condition. As if, I'm helping.
