Photoshop CS2 - Actions

I recently started using actions, which are fantastic, but can someone please tell me how to ensure that any actions I create stay in the system?

I created one the other day, which is still there, but two others that I have done keep disappearing. I feel like I'm losing my mind... just not ticking a box or something simple?
