I also thought the person with the phone might have been a woman, but after looking closely I am sure it's a man.

This area is the most gentrified, trendy and "modern" part of Södermalm, which in its turn is the most gentrified part of Stockholm, and probably the entire country. There are quite large differences of social status and attitudes between different parts of the city (as in all cities). Of course there are other areas that are similar to this regarding incomes, status of jobs, attitudes, political affiliations. The note doesn't say this is the only place where young women have qualified jobs and won't accept gender inequality.

But the political parties that are most similar to PiS have very little support here. ;-)
