Great Coyotyto 2006-02-22 10:42

Bonjour Henri,

Amicalement,
Youssef.

Default To feather: Usually ISO 250 but this one is 1000

I see I left the ISO setting on auto after shooting in the rain. That is a really useful question, Kath. Thank you.

Since I've gotten several comments about the need for noise I try it with most images to see if it improves the photo. In this photo, I think the noise came from adjusting the levels. Someone else commented that digital photos have a grey film and always need increased saturation but I think the saturation might have been better with a graduated neutral density filter. No, I think the basic problem is that I rely on the automatic settings. I often take photos with aperture or shutter priority, the auto settings ordinarily come out better than mine. Although as I keep doing both, I seem to be closing the gap. Pat
