"Luko's sharpening method"

Good topic manub. I'm also interested in Luko's method. I've been seeing it on here for a long time now, except I don't know how to save a script for Photoshop. I'm currently using version 8 CS, and would love to be able to use his sharpening method in just a click of a button instead of going through all that work.
Could someone please tell/show me how to set his method up as a script?

Menus and buttons may not be exactly the same as yours, but you should have an Actions Menu, with New Action and a rec button.
