Hello Pierre,
I think your intention was to show the beauty of the architecture and window decorations across the street, which you have managed, even on this grey day.
However, I wonder if it would have been possible to move behind the car so that you were not including the red/white striped tape, which seems to be suggesting 'no entry', 'views forbidden'.

I agree with you, it would have been better behind the red tape. I did not dare crossing the red tape account construction on the right. Regards, Pierre
