Hi Naren,
I did some workshopping for your photo. I recommend auto contrast for all photos before using them - you get rid of that grey filter on top of photos. Another recommendation is not to compress your photos so much. This photo is about 50kb when the maximum is 200kb. Bigger the size, better the quality!

Default To loneroc: Hi Marko,

Thanks for your valuable suggestions, Now regarding the compression, since length is permitted to only 800, hence the photos been compressed for achieving the requisite length. Anyway if there are any tips further, the same is welcomed always.

Thanks! Sorry, by compression I meant the file size, not the lenght and width. You should save your photos in bigger file size (you used only 25% of the maximum 200kb file size).
