Hey... first time scientists can study a close shot of a shoe vortex! there might be sects who believe that the universe was create with a black shoe hole, the shoes then slowly evolved to the humankind (with shoes)...
Both great and funny photo : one nitpick though... I'd have prefered if you had "burnt" the sides of the frame like some vignetting to pull us more into your vortex.

Thanks for commenting on my pic. To be honest, Im quiet humbled to have two of the hottest photographers on TE comment on this here image. I fully agree with the nits Luko. Couldnt quiet put my finger on it...but now that you mention it, your suggestion may just do the trick. Although I did do a little burning in on the sides...obviously Im not brave enough. Eish, this exposure was an absolute killer. Tamarin
