Hello Luciano,
I think I would like to eat this dish. In Italian cuisine, I've never eaten anything I didn't like.
I suppose it is a dish that is eaten warm.
Is it sugar we see on top?

these in the photo are raw and exhibited in a pasta shop, the one above is flour, which is put in order not to make them stick together. Then they are boiled in water and seasoned with melted butter and sage.
