Kitten in a Flying Saucer, a photo from Kouffo, South

Photographer's Note

Walking by the main street of Dogbo behind these 3 women, I was much surprised when I saw the tiny head of a kitten pop out that basin!
The original colors were quite dull due to the cloudy sky, so I had to add some saturation and a lot of contrast too. And finally the noize reductor.

Marchant dans la rue principale de Dogbo derrière ces 3 femmes, quelle ne fut pas ma surprise lorsque je vis surgir de la bassine la tête de ce petit chaton!
Les couleurs originales étaient assez ternes à cause du ciel nuageux, j'ai donc dû ajouter de la saturation et aussi beaucoup de contraste, et enfin l'anti-bruit.

Très belle composition avec un bon travail par dessus.
Les couleurs sont magnifiques et l'image très pointue.
Je pense qu'il s'agissait d'être rapide pour le petit chat
mais peut-être qu'un focus plus petit aurait valu la peine.
J'aime beaucoup le reste de tes photos, me réjouis de la
suite.

Superbe prise de vue... une scène qui m'a bien fait rigoler. J'aime le cadrage avec la rue sur la droite (j'aime moins le WS) et d'après ce que tu dis dans ta note, tu as fait un excellent boulot de PP au niveau du contraste et des couleurs.

Composition and colors are wonderful but your post processing has become too obvious, especially on the kitten.
You must be lighterhanded when fixing light problems as such : take your time, use Photo layers and history box if you want to come back on the mistakes you've made.

Your cat makes this shot humourous ( though dry) out of a mundane scene!.
