Photographer's Note

When I waked up I was near Chad Lake, in the heart of Africa. This area is at south of the lake and probably was under the level of water when the lake was larger than today. When I crossed this area it was the rainy season.

Quando acordei, olhei pela janela e vi que estava na proximidade do Lago Chade, no coração da África. Esta área fica ao sul do lago e provavelmente estava submersa quando o lago era maior do que é hoje. Passei pela região na estação chuvosa.

Hello Jorge,
This flight proved to be a great way to add a few extra countries to your map! The landscape certainly makes an interesting view from this height. Especially the rivers are very nicely seen from here.

We get a nice panorama image out of airplane, almost a sattelite picture.

Hi, Jorge,
Before I thought Northern Chad is just a desert. But I have see the river and a lot of vegetation. This quality is not the best, but sometime we have unique opportunity to take rare photo. This view reminds me one my photo of Myanmar , when I got a flight to Thailand.
