Photographer's Note
Of return after a long voyage... A road close of Saly in the bush to 80 km of Dakar. The baobab tree is the emblem of Senegal. Apart from the frequent meetings with this tree in nature, its image is interfered narrow way with the life of the country: logos in any kinds, publicities of various products, references, quotations, emblem of administrative plugs... It inspired the poets, the writers, the painters, the photographers, the scientists, the doctors... Thousand uses were discovered to him... It is thus a being already not very banal, but in more it floats around him a perfume of mystery, legends...

I like what you're trying to do here Jean Paul but the image suffers from lack of contrast. From the fancy frame you've created I imagine you have access to software that would permit you to increase contrast.
Apart from that minor problem this is a fine contribution to TE, especially with your excellent note. The eye wants to travel down that road, past the first trees and the animals in the mid range. Fine capture nicely composed with muted colors one would expect and good detail. Well done.

Yes. The baobab is one of the most special trees. This shot is well composed with the endless road and special atmosphere created by the fog. Good catch!
