The transportation and the roads in Asian and African countries are always fascinating for me and so exotic, so different what we observe in our streets.
I found this vehicle rather funny. The view a moment later in Workshop.

Hello Malgo,
This is a "nothing special", but it is interesting because it shows such a typical way of life in this part of the world. It's a bit amusing, but the most attractive feature is of course, as always, the women's beautifully bright clothes. I spent a night in Kaolack but I was most probably not in this street. In spite of that I can say almost certainly that nothing has changed here since 1990.

A cart can't be much simpler than this. And still it has room for a family. Comfort is questionable though, as there's no springs. You really were on a right place on the right time. Even direction of light is just right.

Hello Malgo, I had to check the date when this was taken, in fact I can see no sign of any motorised vehicles at all!
Taken from a good angle, we get a really good view of the street and everything that is happening.
Colourful, the bright sunlight is well managed.
Love the strange shaped shadow beneath the cart.

An excellent example of one of the vehicles on the African roads. The colourful dresses of the ladies stand out perfectly and you captured them from a good angle.

Contemporary transportation with older era means, but that's can be understood, Malgo, given an authentic scale.
But what attract my eyes immediately were the colors of the clothes wearing by the many people and faces of the ladies presented on this picture.

The presence of the people crossing the street is animating the scene. The point of view is showing the details of the cart and of the horses or donkey. I appreciate the colours of the clothings of the persons on the cart. Have a nice day.

Malgorzata, Senegal has a lot of surprises in store for the travellers. Authentic mean of transportation seen in Kaolack. That vehicle drawn by a donkey is made of car wheels, it is really improvisation. Pleasant view displaying the daily life in the street.
