Photographer's Note
A bicycle parking sign taken in the old mining town of Pilgrims rest.
The whole town has been restored to what it used to be in the late 1800's at the height of the gold rush in South Africa.

Hi Wanda,
You know how much I like these graphic elements and you've made a great composition out of it, minimal, bold and catchy.
The pointing finger and ripples in the metal sheet were commanding a vertical framing and the result offers a lot of impact. Good sense of dimension despite the close-up with undulating shadows.
Restricted palette of rich and harmonious colours, plus a lot of textures that show the sharpness of your image.
Have a nice day!
André

Hi Wanda
A very well spotted image Wanda, so neatly captured. Lovely graphical effect and fascinating ideas. Like the textures and colours of this simple wonderful signage. Love the humour element here! but it absolutely works and the message is conveyed. You've caught the sign brilliantly, Well done
Best regards
