Photographer's Note
Dwesa is found along the Eastern Cape's Wild Coast in South Africa. The Wild Coast is hard travel, with terrible dirt roads, and wild terrain. A 4x4 is sometimes best... My little car did fairly well under the circumstances, but it was very slow going and we did get stuck on occasion.
This place with it's beautiful flat stone rock formations on the beach is found within the Dwesa Nature Reserve.

bonjour Wanda,
Voici un mangifique paysage, bon choix de format, ce qui donne une lecture verticale des différents éléments
J'aime bien la brume, les reflets.
Ca fait plaisir de te retrouver avec cette belle photo.

Hello Wanda
This shot is about textures...sandy, murky, muddy textures. But I also like the zigzag pattern in the composition here. A fine picture to share. Thanks!

Hello Wanda,
I like this strong composition: the eye follows the line to go to the background.

Hi Wanda
How fortunate and lovely shot to gaze showing the beauty of nature and a very different beachscape which really gives a great sense of the vastness of the scene and the way how the special flat rock surface stretches the view over to those distant hills. Great lighting conditions here which you have made the best of, and that rich rust colour of the ground against the blue sky works very well. What a great place to explore and photograph! you really have managed to capture the vast nature of the formations spot on. Many thanks for the info about the area. Congrats, tfs
Best regards

Hello Wanda,
Emphasizing the foreground and using portrait format was definitely a good idea! It's really a beautiful picture.

Hello Wanda
There you are again! And back with a beautiful, wild seacape. The combination of your small aperture and the wide angle lens has done wonders for the depth of field. The choice of vertical format also serves to stress the distance and sheer size of this landscape. A joy to look at, both technically and aesthetically.

Will

Hi Wanda,
You used very well the geometric lines of the rock formations in the foreground to drive our look in the composition. Nice shot !

Hi Wanda!
A very good shot! The textures and the light are just perfect and the pavement forms a very nice pattern.
