Photographer's Note
This was one of my first postings on TE. I have enhanced the size, colors, and border to reflect better software use. First time I have attempted a re-post.
Image from Beijing. The cool of winter mixed with the glare of sun adds for an interesting image of a rainless day. Photo taken at the Ghost Market in Beijing as Parents of these two are off finding treasures from China's past in this unique China dirt market. As the Olympics approach, places like this are being dismantled and replaced by modern quaintless structures – a loss for China travelers of tomorrow.

how nice of you to reconsider this marvellous photo! both kids are so charming, unaware of your camera. the warm light is in strange contrast with thick february clothes. i wonder what happened to the ghost markets after the olympics.

Hi David. a charming study of these two little ones. Great use of light. The boy seems to be wearing a miniature herdsman's coat which contrast next to the synthetic pink.Best regards. Klaudio.
