Photographer's Note

One of the most beautiful beaches of the island of Menorca, which counts a lot.
Cala Pregonda on the North coast. Isolated, it requires a hike of about 45 minutes to reach it. A dream scenery with its great cove and its beach sheltered between the rocks. An ideal place for moments of contemplation, idleness on the sand, walks on the rocky escarpments or just for a swim ... as do this couple of lovers.

Hello Jean, The beach looks beautiful indeed. Interesting colour of the sand and rocks. And we see also the people bathing. This year I traveled quite a lot but without the opportunity of swimming :(.

A very pretty and very sheltered cove. Good POV and colour. I didn't notice the lovers until I went to the excellent large version.

A truly wonderful landscape with the rough rocks and the calm sea, both very well included in the composition. The warm/cold colour contrast is very appealing, especially in this sunlight.

L'étendue de la baie donne de la profondeur à la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails des rochers et des montagnes. J'apprécie les différentes teintes de couleurs de la scène. Bonne journée.

Vivid color contarst of red-copper of rocks and fresh bulue sea is marvelous. I think 45 minutes hike is reaosonable to see this splendid landscape. So tasty postcard image.

Bonjour Jean,
I like very much this almost unspoiled scenery. The rock formations are so eye catching both due to their shapes and colors: in the foreground we have some red rocks while further away they are orange!
Wonderful spot and the bathing couple adds certainly romantic touch here.

Looks as very secluded lagoon, and indeed - not many tourists came to this place as you stated it takes 45 minutes hike just toget there, and sure going back is no shorter way...
Beautiful red soil all around. Taken from a high spot, good view across, bravo.

Fantastic warm cold colour contrasts between the exposed red rock and the blue sea and sky. Good sharpness and it looks a bit like St Paul's Bay at Lindos in Rhodes. Tfs!
