Well, a few things... I love this photo. It looks so natural and spontaneus. Anyway, the other things is only a question? Finally what happen with your pictures, because you had this one before and....???

Tyle razy ja ogladalam...
To jest zdjecie o milosci Ludzkosci !
Wspanialy kontakt, wspaniale jej mizdrzenie sie, wspanialy jej lakier. Wtedy napisalam niewiele, bo coz tu pisac, jak sie jest w zdjeciu czlowiek juz zakochany, od kiedy zobaczy ?
No ale teraz trzeba pisac, wiec dodam, ze wspanialy kadr, POV, grain, i ramka, zeby Ci kamykow nikt nie zabral ;))).
Wiesz, taka bylam wsciekla, jak Ci galerie skasowali, ale nie ma tego zlego, coby na dobre nie wyszko : ucze sie od nowa od Ciebie, inaczej...jeszcze tylko musze wyjsc kiedys na miasto, ale to juz inna czesc historii ;))).

Kolejny rewelacyjny portret.Piekna wspolpraca pomiedzy ta kobieta,a Toba.
Jestem od niedawna na TE,ale ogladajac Twoja galerie jestem pod wielkim wrazeniem Twojego geniuszu fotograficznego.Zamieszczasz zdjecia z dusza,szczegolnie te starsze.Milo sie je oglada.

A portrait in pride and elegance George. Makes me smile with a tear in my eye and feel guilty for any petty little challenges I may feel compelled to whine about in my own life.

Made me think, made me feel - a 2-dimensional image can't do better and this one deserves far, far, far more attention.

Hey George,

What makes your dirty photography so great is the respect and connection you have for your subject. How you can render someone as an interesting person, not some "Oh, look I got a picture of some dirty homeless slob I can post on TE thru my telephoto and get 100 points"!

That's the key. You don't snap them, you know them. You have the same set of standards for Prince or pauper. There's no exploitation, no ego or hidden aganda.

This is poetry.

Hello George,
I remember this lovely lady very well. Her smile beneath that pointing finger is "infectious" - to borrow a word from one of your series. :-) I originally wrote about the interesting way she is identifying herself, and it still is a great detail.

I rarely come in TE. But, once in a while, it happens. Today, I open TE and that photo was in the welcome page, in the "Feature photos" section. Well... congratulations! ;-) A very well deserved recognition.

I don't know if you remember what I wrote more than once about your photos. That though they might not be the most "beautiful" ones, they are the ones that we remember. Like for this photo. I do remember it since the first day I saw it, I think it was in 2006...

Your photos... Maybe (only maybe) not the "eye-catching" type. Better. They are of the "soul-catching" type...
