Photographer's Note
Well, it would have been a mirror, if it wasn't frozen solid, lol! That's the Beehive Mountain, in the bg. Keen hikers can go right to the top of the summit. I was content to just get to the 'Teahouse', at Lake Agnes.

Hello Chris,
Neighbours for today with two totally contrasting subjects. A fine winter landscape that well suits the vertical format. The iced over lake makes a fine and apt lead-line taking our eyes to towards the lovely trees and the mountains beyond. Beautiful colour contrasts and superb clarity. Some very nice shadow play across the lake. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Chris,
What a picturesque place. Very much likes this special shaped rock. The trees around it increase the romanticism of the sight only. The vertical composition is spectacular, beautiful snowy landscape. Have a nice weekend!

Hi Chris,
The point of view is showing the details and colors of the Beehive mountain. The trees are a natural frame to the mountain. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors of the scenery. Have a nice day.

Bonjour Chris,
le format vertical est bien choisi, une photo 1OO% nature avec la séduction du sauvage.
Excellentes lumières bien rendues.
Amicalement/
Daniel.

Salut Chris
Hehe! I was searching for the mirrorlake ;)
A good choice of vertical format for this image with the the Beehive mountains dominating the fir trees and the frozen lake in a pleasant light/shade contrast.
Cheers

Hello Chris,
Yes, I am sure I see the mirror effect quite clearly in your image. I see myself falling from this cliff's face and read my own epitaph, "The Man Who Thought He Could!".
Another example of your excellent work, and humor---
Have A Great Week,

Gorgious view of this peculiar rocky mountain that seems like a powerful tower. I like how the sunlight illuminates the rock and the trees tops. The vertical format gives the necessary depth. Well done,

I was also wondering where the mirror was! :-) The beehive mountain, aptly named towers over the landscape. Good play of shadows in the FG & good contrast with the blue sky. Good work!

I like how the composition was neatly divided into three distinguished layers, snow, trees, and moountains. There was a good depth in the image, too. Congratulations!
