Start watching with the LARGE VERSION
This is a panorama from the highest point in Poland - Rysy. In the centre you see Mieguszowieckie summits (the yellow ones from the previous image), on the right Czarny Staw (Black pond) and Morskie Oko lake, on the left Mengusovska Valley in Slovakia.
About the title: I started on TE from the 0 level with the photograph taken on the Baltic beach and I reached the highest point in Poland. I`m not sure if it means anything...;) Maybe.

I love the panorama, I feel like I'm flying over those wonderful mountains: excellent pov, colors, sharpness and light management!

Class work as usual, Poland looks superb from your images, what a view point you have got to to get this shot, your head must have been touching into the skies ;-). Fine lighting, colours and compo with the mountains showing some top jagged edges, and what about them cloud formations - superb. This gives Canada, America, NZ, Peru (from the places I have seen) a run for its money in terms of mountain scenery.

Fajnie widac kawal swiata. Nie wiem kiedy sie na Rysy wybiore, ale dales wlasnie dodatkowy powod, zeby to jednak zrobic. Robiles też moze bez sklejania obiektywem szerokokatnym?

Mimo skokow z Baltyku do Gor, jedno moge przyznac i uchylic glowy- zdjecia sa wysmienite (jesli tak mozna o zdjeciach powiedziec)?
Widac, ze robi Ci to duzo przyjemnosci.
Dobrze, ze nie bylo Halnego ;-) bo po Twoim Twiscie znad morza, moznaby sie wszystkiego spodziewac :-)

wow, superb panorama. I want more, Henryk. I want to have a look 360º around this peak. Quite impressive peaks. Nothing like the highest point in Portugal at 2000m accessible by car. The sky seems also beautiful and it's a pitty we can't see more of it. The title - I like it ;-)

Szczyt polskich Tatr, ale czy również szczyt możliwości fotograficznych? ;) E, nie sądzę. Myślę że jeszcze niejedną fotografią mnie zaskoczysz. Zdjęcie nie odstaje od poprzednich, jak zwykle piękne światło i kolorystyka. Większą wersję ogląda się dużo lepiej, no ale to oczywista oczywistość :)

nice pov, the shapes of the mountains at side are like opening the far landscape ahead. I liked the spots of light and details like the lake and the clouds. Beautiful place

No cóz , jesli poruszasz sie w granicach Polski i wysokosci 0-2499 to teraz pozostala fotografia lotnicza :)
Panorama niezle skomponowana, a swoj± droga gdzie Ty tych wszystkich ludzi pozrzucales? ;)
Na plus jeszcze domkniecie kadru , czasem trudno o to w panoramach

Was waiting for this followup shot from the previous post. The jagged peaks, the beauty of which is more pronounced in the LP. We do see a lake on the left as well. It has been a tough grind from 0 to 2499 meters through 203 posts. Now the sky is your limit ;-)

...and meanwhile you have built a very good reputation here on TE. But I think the altitude difference does not matter :-)
The view is fabulous. I like the Earth curvature illusion, like you were on the top of the world. Details and colors are great as well.

Hello Henryk,

What a spectacular view from the summit of Poland. I like the title. Keep in mind that your camera must have been at least 1 meter above the summit when you took the picture, which means you should revise the title to 0-to-2500.

I may have told you, my book 'Math and the Mona Lisa' will be published in Polish by PROSZYNSKI — Warsaw. Meanwhile, the new book, Leonardo's Universe, will be released by National Geographic books in the near future. The wide angle sucks in the scene nicely, and I notice the system of lakes descending from the summit!

Sam fakt, ¿e zmierzasz bardzo prosto w kierunku fotografii profesjonalnej (o czym ¶wiadczy jako¶æ zdjêæ w Twoim portfolio) sk³ania mnie do stwierdzenia, ¿e idziesz w³asciw± drog±. ta panorama to ju¿ nie zapowied¼, ale stwierdzenie tego faktu. jest przepyszna szczególnie w duzej wersji. Tak powinno siê poprawnie tworzyæ fotografiê.

No i cóż mam napisać. Napiszę tak. Niektórzy na TE (nie wskazując palcem czy też myszą) nie lubią oglądać tych powiedzmy "widoczków". Uważają, iż zdjęcie bez rączek, nóżek, oczek to nie zdjęcie - że nie warto sobie strzępić paluszków by skreślić kilka słów komentarza.

A ja lubię od czasu do czasu spojrzeć na coś takiego. Najlepiej w rzeczywistości, jednakże ze względów "organizacyjnych" jest to trudno wykonalne nie tylko dla mnie ale dla wieluwielu.

Dlatego pozostają zdjęcia, filmy etc. które mają nam pewne rzeczy zastąpić, przybliżyć itd, etc, itd.

Więc z przyjemnością patrzę na zdjęcia takie jak to Twoje. Jednakże na to patrzę nie tylko z przyjemnością ale i z zapartym tchem. Tak ... - zatkało mnie i już.

Ściskam serdecznie.

No ¶licznie, ¶licznie :). Szerokie ujêcie, mo¿na g³êboko oddychaæ, tyle tu przestrzeni i czystego, krystalicznego, górskiego powietrza. Podoba mi siê uk³ad cieni i ¶wiat³a, no widoczek - w rzeczy samej - równie¿. Jako¶æ zdjêcia - widaæ jaka jest :). Piêknie :).

belle photo de ces montagnes superbes, les couleurs chaude donnent a votre photo de la vie.
Les détails qui ressortent bien grace a votre netteté sont encore plus nette dans la versio large, félicitation.
Dommage que l' on ne vous voit plus souvent, vous faite d' excellentes photos, votre gallerie en regorge.

I remember one of your early photos showing you on top of a mountain; still I like the concept of 0 to 2499. Te does that for you.
The large version really shows spectacular detail; what a smart way to get around the limitations of a 'large' version with only 100KB more than the small version. I like the increased size of regular posts so I'm not whining.
