High level of adrenaline, a photo from Matabeleland North, West

If the waterfalls are not enough, you can experience there a high level of adrenaline. Gert wrote that he like the walking on the bridge connecting Zimbabwe to Zambia. it is necessary to have visa, so I couldn't cross this bridge. You can see white ropes under the bridge. They are used for bungy jumping. Farther down the river is the place where you can fly to the other side of the gorge on the line. You can see the preparations for it on the lower picture. As you can guess, I didn't use these opportunities.

per quanto mi riguarda potrebbero anche smettere di buttarsi, non ne soffrirei, ma se ci sono dei volontari, che vadano pure, non li fermerò certo io.
Peccato che tu non abbia potuto attraversare il ponte, però lo spettacolo lo hai visto molto bene.

first of all, I LOVE that bridge! it looks very old or at least very aged. That ruggedness gives it so much character and charm. Interesting that you need a Visa to cross the bridge haha, but I understand why. excellent set of photos here, never knew it was also a bungy jumping location. very cool indeed! cheers

Hello Malgo,
Why didn't you try to bungy jump above the crocodiles? I thought you loved all such fun activities. When I was there bungy jumping was probably not yet invented. In 1984 Sweden was not part of the EU, so we had our own foreign policy which meant very good relations with all African states opposed to apartheid, so I didn't need a visa to any of these countries. I could just walk to Zambia and have my passport stamped.
Great photos, very sharp and good and showing interesting activities in the fantastic environment.

Crossing that bridge is really a highlight during a visit of these countries.

Great photo of this place, both of the bridge itself, the impressive cliffs and rocks of the river gorge and bungee jumping platform. I like the many warm tones of the pictures, which looks appealing even on these cloudy days. It’s a great combination of three photos.

very nice this triple sample of 3 views of the areas around vicky. I don't remember this equipment to cross the river, but the bridge I saw it near, not crossing it anyway because the visa too.
