Photographer's Note

I am afraid that very few of you will be interested in this picture. But instead of the postcard of the famous place, I prefer to show something unknown. I have checked many pages of TE of Angkor area pictures and it seems that no one was in Kbal Spean. I found this quite unique and fascinating. I wonder if Paul was there, anyway. I dedicate this picture for him, as a curiosity.

Kbal Spean lies about 18 kilometers from Banteay Srei on a dirt road.
The original River of Thousand Lingams, Kbal Spean is an intricately carved riverbed deep in the foothills of the Cambodian jungle. Lingams are phallic representations sacred to Brahmanism as symbols of fertility, and hundreds of them are carved into the rock here, as are several carvings of gods and animals above the small waterfall.
The area was rediscovered in 1969, when French researcher Jean Boulbet was shown the carvings by a local hermit.

I do not know what are the new difficulties on TE. Is this a new bug or something special done by technicians? Anyway, I am very tired with all these difficulties and I am afraid this is just "nail in the coffin". I have many photos that I would love to share with you, but it takes so much time and what is the result? Is it worth doing? It seems that many friends have already came to this conclusion. We do not see here Murat or Takero or .... any more, although they used to post pictures every day.
