Photographer's Note
The terraced fields in the Dong region of Zhaoxing, and especially near Tang 'An, are very extensive and impressive indeed. So much so, in fact, that they reminded me of Yuan Yang, in the South of Yunnan, which is saying something. Unfortunately, on the day we visited, it was quite hazy, and decent photographs of distant fields were out of the question. So I instead attempted to get a few shots of nearby terraces, with moderate success.

I like it. There wasn't anything you could do about the haze, but given the circumstances, I'd say you did quite well. The rich earth red are very nice and are offset well by the greens. I would be tempted to crop the shot so that you get rid of most of the distant fields. I think you would still have depth to the shot, and it might make the colors stand out more.

The haze increases the feeling given by the rather mystic landscape. Good colors and sharpness. Nice shot.

Good composition, Andre.
I think the haze works well here, adding more to the sense of depth.
The strong and 'wet' colours in the foreground are excellent. Well framed.
