Tang an is a very interesting little villange in Guizhou mountain.
I created a theme about it, so you can see it completely.

These stairs are very interesting, built in stone.
Women carry washed stuff from the pond down there to their houses in the upper village.

An interesting and somehow touching photo. These people live an obviously natural life - but a hard one. The shown stair is real artwork and one can imagine the effort to build it. An impressive scenery! Thank you for showing this!

What a beautiful theme, Livia, I like all the photos in it and this one too is great and interesting, the colours of the stones and their various alignments is really great - the clothes of these ladies is also interesting to observe, this is really a great photo !

Very nice photo.
Nothing much has changed in Tang an in the last 2 years. Steps are still as steep, the butcher still displays the carcass just next to the pond and plays cards until a customer shows up.
