Escape!, a photo from Delhi, North

Photographer's Note

I didn't feel like carrying my camera to the temple and took a few shots with my phone, out of which only this one is somewhat presentable. It depicts the escape of Lord Krishna - in the little basket on the man's head - from his evil uncle to lady Yashoda, who'd become her foster mother. These guys are crossing a river and the waves are strong since it's a stormy night, and that 5-headed serpent is acting as the umbrella to protect the baby Krishna. Hope you like this shot. Cheers

Hi Sayanhya! This is a beautiful picture and a very colourful too! Inspite of being taken by a phone, the clarity is really good. And you have given a good narrative as well!
