On top of the world..., a photo from Jammu and Kashmir, North

This one was taken atop Taglang La @ 17582 ft! This height makes this pass the second highest pass. This pass falls on the Leh-Manali highway.

In the workshop: At such heights i guess even your grammar goes for a toss as do your senses.( I came out to take pictures for 5 mins and i was frozen for the next two hours)

I like the yellow signal in contrast with this rocks and ice desert at 17582 feet over the sea level.

This is quite a view with the high snow capped mountain range in the BG. The diagonal of the road is a strong point here. I had a good laugh when I saw the WS post. Indeed such grammatically incorrect signages are common in many places especially in High altitudes. Well done!

I will loose my breath just at looking at this view, no matter how much oxygen there is in the air., must have been windy also.
Well compose and the snow is of the right whitheness.
