Photographer's Note
This photo was taken on the overpass over the train line next to the Dharavi Slum in Mumbai. We went to the famous slum which is supposed to be Asia's biggest and located right on the heart of Mumbai. We found a hard-working community, everyone busying around, many industries, and also a commitment to education as seen through all the schools public and private that one sees there. Definetely a good experience.

Hola Daniel.
Qué tal estás? Cómo va todo? Por dónde andas ahora? Yo un poco desconectado la verdad.
Foto bonita esta, un poco oscura, pero bonita.
Me gusta cómo te estaban mirando.
Un saludo!

Hello Daniel,
An interesting picture and a clever composition. A touch of the colourful India in the foreground, a few people on the side in connection with the camera, and in the background the striking contrast between the slum huts and the mosque. I appreciate the clouds which create an atmosphere that to my mind suits the environment perfectly. In any case the clouds have provided a fine softness to the colours.
Kind regards,
Gert

It is always nice to see old friends posting on TE :)
Here are arkedeshes from Mumbai, presented on a colorful diagonal, and marvellously, none of them justapositioning. The mosque in the BG and the surrounding slum environment do not fit each others, and this is very interesting, like the crowded and interesting mess of Istanbul.
All the best,
Deniz
