Photographer's Note

I was approached by this family on my morning photo walkabout in a narrow labyrinth of Jaisalmer old town. In Rajasthan you are often approached for a photograph or a selfie and here they told me they had never had a photograph with a "real" camera so could I oblige. The shy smiles and curiosity on their faces say it all but my only regret is not taking down their address so that I could send them a print.

They may never know that they are now smiling for, potentially, thousands of people......
From my fav hip shot technique without looking at the viewfinder

Hello Abmdsudi, an interesting note, we take it for granted that people will have experienced having their photo taken. What a pity that you weren't able to send them a copy.
Looking at the date that this was taken, those boys will be young men now.
