catching up on gossip, a photo from Rajasthan, West

Several years back, during my first visit to Pushkar camel fare, was so excited to see so many things happenning all around, all at the same time, I kept walking the whole day and was really tired by evening. Just then when I approached a tea shop for some refreshment I saw these two old ladies catching up with life.

Are they gossiping about those men walking the other way?

Good photo! What I don't like is the woman on the left being partially cut off, but I love the rest. I like those saturated colors, the composition is good as well but what I like the more is the deep of field: simply perfect.

The woman on the left covers her ears like she doesnt want to hear what the other woman is talking about ;). Nice shot

Yes they do gossip a lot, there is so much to catch up on each year at Pushkar.
Well caught Gopinath, they surely talking about the men, so nicely out of focus.
I don't care about the woman's dress being just cut off, as I appreciate all that goes into capturing any good photo at Pushkar.

Well captured - I especially like their matching poses and the way they are so engaged on catching up with news that they are oblivious to all else (including the photographer).

Excellent photo Gopi. Good DOF keeping the bunch of men out of focus enough to discern them as a group.
