The small town of Sikkim is very colorful. Apart from indians there are a lot of tibetians residing there. The colorful flags are a part of tibetian culture, depicting the colors of life.
**While on a local cab ride in the city, the driver updated me about the colorful flags.

Good POV shooting up at the flags, as well as getting their shadows on the ground. You got some slice-of-life with the vendor sitting on the ground. Also, nice deep saturated colours. I like it.

heh - Sikkim is a state, not a "small town". I think you meant its capital: gangtok!
But, it's a beautiful picture!
