Photographer's Note
This is an artwork depicted on the outer wall of Jor-Bangla temple at Vishnupur. The scene is taken from an old Hindu mythology called the Mahabharat. In this scene Arjun, the famous archer among the five Pandav brothers is trying to extract water from the earth using his archery skill to quench the thirst of Vishma who is injured and lying on a bed of arrows. Even though Vishma is injured he can live as long as he want since he had the power to decide the time of his own death.
