It is very relevant subject to choose. Good capture of that smoking boy. In India adolescent boys or girls taking drugs is really a burning issue and we should address it immediately if we want our future generation to be out of danger of drugs.

From the quality of the image point of view I think a more tighter cropping would have greater impact. I post a workshop for you, hope you would not mind. Another thing is that you should have added a note.
