Photographer's Note
Around the temples, there are many shops open late night (tailors, restaurants, etc.) and multiple snack booths and other street vendors.
This is a restaurant, with mirrors on the top of the wall, ideal to see all customers and for photo.
Nothing interesting to shoot w/o having people purposely posing for you ;o) until the moment we were about to leave the restaurant and this couple came in.
Cheers, Alain -

Hi Alain. The shot is most interesting for me in that this is one of the very best b&w conversions I have seen. The bokeh looks as though it is film grain and not digital. REally nicely done. I know what you mean about it being difficult to take photos in India without people posing for you, but I think this is a little too candid. Some kind of either interaction with the camera, or a more direct indication of the action taking place would make a big difference for me. As it is, they could be doing pretty much anything; I wish I could know for sure.

Alain: it seems so many of your pictures of late tend to do with glass, or reflections, or mirrors in some way. It's an interesting theme, especially the ones about transport. keep it up. regards, c

Hey Alain,
Can't say that this one works for me I'm afraid, as Darren has said there is no interaction with the camera, and I guess it's a bit frustrating that we can't see the two main peoples faces. You talk about mirrors...if we could have seen their faces in the mirror it would have been much better I feel.

Psd mal cele-ci, Alain.
Tres amicalement,
Francis
