Photographer's Note
I experienced one of those beautiful moments as I was taking this picture at the Kalakad-Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve in south India. A strong, cool moutain breeze, a setting sun and clear views of mountains tapering into the plains below. This picture was taken at almost the southern most range of the Western Ghats The Western Ghats is a moutain chain that run discountinuously and parallely to the west coast of peninsular India for some 1600km.
