These guys (yes all guys) were dressed up as the Seven Lucky Gods, or "Shichi Fukujin" at a festival to mark the opening of the Kibounomori Park.

A bunch of blokes get together for a few beers and a giggle, it's the same world over - costumes (involving either fake breasts, wigs, moustaches & silly hats, somethg to give the appearance of an enhanced weight...etc)mixed with beers always leads to the inevitable result of getting home far too late and being in trouble with 'her indoors'.
