Fireworks in winter #1, a photo from Tokyo, Kanto

Photographer's Note

This is an annual event in December.
Each Satruday night we can see 10 minutes short fireworks over the raibow bridge in Odiba-New Tokyo city town. Fireworks seems to be celar as humidity level is low.

Hello Takero,

I see that the 16-35mm F/2.8L - USM very nice make picture, I work with the same lens for landscapes, my last firework I have use a 24-70mm F/2.8L USM of Canon, with a very well result.
Your picture is wonderful also the bridge and foreground.
Nice presentation too.

How great to have a display like this each week to look forward to in December, we would be lucky to see one ten minute display a year here :) and this image is so clear, just as you say, the colors and levels of detail are really striking. Combined with the fireworks, the colors of the bridge and the lights ofthe boats make is a beautiful picture. Really nicely done.

Wow what a superb quality shot of the rainbow bridge and the this gorgeous fireworks display. The colors are so unbelievable sharp and crisp that it is a real joy to watch this scene.

fantastic fireworks photography. You have selected a great POV which allowed you to include the characteristic bridge. It gave the photo a lot more interest. Great colors.

These fireworks are amazing, Takero...as they are so clear and sharp...some of the prettiest I have seen. And the color are just wonderful, too. Really very nicely done by you here.

The composition is fantastic. The boats and bridge look so small compared to the fireworks. Very well framed. I like the silhouettes of the people on the boat!
