Photographer's Note

This is taken from Hamarikyu garden. The huge buildings are part of the new complex in Shiodome.
This is something that never stop to amaze me since I came in Japan, the fact that it's perfectly normal to mix ugly and nice, or old and new and for example have an old tea house on the feet of skycrapers.
I intentionally added a little noise, and converted to B&W, the idea was to render the traditional house like in an old photo and have the buildings standing out as in a time paradox.
