The dead tree, a photo from Johor, West

It's been sometime I haven't upload any photos and during this pandemic can't fly anywhere out of the country but to travel locally within the country. This was shot during my trip with my wife to an island off Johor state in Malaysia called Pulau Besar (or in English Big Island) not far away from Tioman Island. Recommended for anyone who would like a peaceful and relax getaway at an affordable cost and yet with beautiful beach with fine sandy beach and crystal clear sea water.

What a great shot!
This dead trea looks like a monster lokking for what is going on in/at the sea
I like the deep blue tones a lot.
Great POV,very weel seen and managed.

Hello Eugene,
As an ex-Malaysian ,it's nice to see someone from Malaysia in TE again.
I don't mind to travel locally if you've the best of 'Pulauan' in the east Malaysia. Funny enough, I haven't been to any of this islands , more the west part.
This definitely a real 'Mati Pokok Besar' dominates the whole scene f/g with the beautiful serene sunset as b/g yet quite an eerie feel to it - like tiny sticking fingers reaching for the sky.

Your tree is not dead, it provides drama on my screen of a physical life that once stood. Seems like the tree is making it's journey to the sea for it's final rest. Well thought out on your POV.
