Photographer's Note

A daily life scene in Langkawi: fishermen unloading their catch after a day's work. Their customers, probably restaurant owners, were already waiting for them at the beach when the fishermen arrived, thus all their catch were sold out immediately. All in all, I think they unloaded ~8-10 baskets of fish. This was taken near the Telaga Harbour Park.

Langkawi comprises a group of 99 "small" islands north of Malaysia, very near the border of Thailand. The main island is popularly known as Pulau Langkawi. Watersports and snorkelling are just a few of the thrills the island offers to her visitors.
