Nice quick historical fact in your notes there, Saad.
I hope the angle you took is intentional because I would rather have the subject (the clock tower) to be fully visible, with an emphasis to its details too perhaps.
I understand that you were trying to create a contrast with the more contemporary steel installation, but it seems more dominant here than the clock tower.
Furthermore, I'd rather have the shot taken from the more eastern side of the roundabout so that the building on the right would not be in frame too. Oh wait, you were there at 1541hrs. To be taking a photo looking up from the east looking west would be a photographic disaster. Backlit!!
