Wonderful smile of this girl with thanaka! No doubt it is a Burmese girl. She is beautiful and full of joy. I was also enchanted with the Burmese people. I like the composition here, with the blurred wall in the bg.

I wonder if the colors are not a little bit too bluish, but I wanted to say that it's anyway a very beautiful portrait of charming young woman.I love each details, her hait, her tanaka, her smile,her colors of clothes, and she is placed on a superb background.

Impossible to ignore Elaine,such a smile,I dont know about the joy,one can never look into the head or behind the smile of the average Asian ;+].
You did very well ,because the light circumstances arent perfect.

A splendid and charming portrait. I like her beautiful smile and the contrast with the lines made by the thanaka that looks like tears. A perfect blured BG and, I agree with Laurent, this portrait is more beautiful with a bit more of light and boost.

As you say, simple, but sometimes simple is best. The latticed background makes this interesting. I agree with the others who prefer a lighter version, but as with all things it's important not to overdo. Well done!
