When you see a bird in a pose, like this, it immediately takes on a character!
This one looks curious, cute and definitely trying to obtain your attention!
It's a fine close up, good plumage details and sharp eye contact.

Hello Ronny,
I wonder of this is a collared parakeet.
Nowadays, this exotic bird also flies around the Netherlands. Escaping from an aviary showed that these exotics can also live well in the wild in our climate.
I regularly see some sitting high in the tree and flying around in our garden screaming loudly.
