Photographer's Note
Please open both photos in new tabs for the better versions.
The Thai Hoa palace is one of several within the Đại Nội Citadel in Hue. It dates from 1803. The most impressive feature is the long open sided arcade with its red pillars and ceiling.
In the main photo is an end on view through the arcade whilst in the WS is a photo of the ceiling which was taken in poor light so is a bit noisy.

Hi Ian
Nice capture not lacking of some interest. The decor and colour look catchy enough and as for the exposure this does look pleasing on the eye. Well done

Hello Ian,
This building seems to be in a reasonable shape, but the lawn needs to be mown. I like the depth created by the long row of red columns and the view straight through the building, up to the persons heading for another pavilion.

Gert

Hello Ian,
The designers were sensible in their choice of colours. for red and gold always create a sense of opulence.
The view through the arcade creates an excellent sense of depth and perspective.
I am surprised that the grassy area looks so unkempt. Maybe they are ahead of the game and are rewilding the garden.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hello Ian, I do not remember this particular place. There is so much to see in Hue. Here we do not see the flood. Nice saturated colours. Best regrads MAlgo

Hi Ian,
The tight frame is putting the building in evidence. The point of view is showing the details of the Thai Hoa Palace. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

Hello Ian,
A very nice view of the palace here. The colours are very appealing and stand out well on such a cloudy day. The perspective down the hall looks good as well.
