Photographer's Note

First stage in preperation of rice noodles is grinding of the seeds, mixed with water. after staying in the water for several hours, it is cooked on a hot pan, just like a pancake. After drying the pancakes in the sun, they are ready to be cut into narrow noodls. Bon Apetite.

great the view as the presentation of this snapshot with the woman to prepares rice noodles in this semi-basement i think with the falling light to be so well captured and to upgrate the whole image.
Is the woman wear something on her face,a handkerchief perhaps,because of i cannot see her face.

Hello Yitzhak.
A very striking image, and an excellent exposure, controlling well the highlights created by the streaming sunlight shafts and the steam. It's sharp and well detailed, with little flashes of colour. But why can the face of the cook not be seen? It looks like a mask or a model. Anyway, it's a really impressive daily life shot.
