After many years of Revolution, something that has not been resolved completely is the importance of taking care of the visual aesthetics of cities. Havana, being the capital, is a separate world within the life of the country, with its problems and its solutions. Although for many this photo shows a clumsiness, an error in the city aesthetics, for many Cubans this simple image can be a symbol of stoicism and permanence, of that culture of "solving" as possible, because there is no other way.
