Photographer's Note
After some time away, I return with this photo, one of my favorites. It was one of the last cruises to enter havana harbor. It was an afternoon that threatened to rain. I was moving along the harbor avenue when, suddenly, the impressive floating city entered through the narrow channel that forms the Carena's bay and began to turn toward the dock. Such an event always attracts the attention of all those who pass by the oldest part of the city. I did not hesitate to take the picture, so I decided to lie almost on the water, to capture the movement and force the perspective against the depth and the cloudy sky.
