.....this wasn't in England, or the bike would have been stolen!

While walking around one of Cubas many squares, an elderly gentleman cycled up to the curb, parked his bike, and walked off to the near by market. Not a lock in sight. This just goes to show that in a counrty as poor as Cuba, everyone has.. and is the same, so if someone were to steal this chaps bike, they may well have been stealing from themselves.
