Former seat of the government, currently is a space dedicated to various artistic activities and temporary exhibitions, in addition to housing collections of paintings and sculptures.
Built from 1939 to 1943 in Spanish baroque and renaissance styles. Located in the historic centre of the city.

Hi Pedro,not so old as it seems but i can see some work of restauration in progress on the facade on the left. Beautiful example of spanish baroque architechture in a large and full view very bright despite the cloudy day,i like it! Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano

Il est très beau, le palais de la culture dans cette ville. Il faut bien dire que la place devant est belle et qu'elle sert de faire valoir. Superbe cadrage et ciel magnifique.

O ponto de vista mais lateral foi bem escolhido, adicionou uma boa perspectiva. A arquitetura desse palácio é incrível. O prédio mais colorido foi bem incluído. Excelente nitidez.

Hello Pedro,
The palace seems giant. Do does the square in front of it.
Nice atmosphere with the people feeding the pidgeons.
The big clouds and the pieces of blue sky make a good background.
