This year, an illegal building that was built right on the sore of the "belvedere" of the coastal town of Vlora, was demolished with explosives. The story made it to the news because of the rarity of the event and the political controversy.

Hi Ardi. The same is happening in Dalmatia where those who could bribe officials and officials themselves built where ever they fancied and some of these private houses were monstrosities. Still many are left and it appears the same is happening in Albania.Regards. Klaudio. (Dalmatia is a word of Illyrian origin- something to do with sheep or goats)
